SUMMER STAY IN BRUSSELS FOR STUDENTS AND INTERNS

Are you staying in Brussels between July 1st and September 14th for an internship, a master course, a summer school,…? Are you looking for affordable, clean and safe housing in the heart of Europe, within walking distance of the Grand-Place and the European Parliament?

Quartier Latin offers student apartments to rent from a period of 14 days to 2 months. The rooms are spacious (min. 13 square meter), each has its own shower, desk, bed with linen, internet connection and a common kitchen.

Prices & Practicalities:

The Brussels International Student Centre is a magnificent Beaux-Arts building located on the Avenue Bisschoffsheim in the center of Brussels.

A single room will cost you €22 per day, a double room will cost you €36 per day (€18 per person if the room is occupied by two persons). This is the all-in price, so you don’t have to pay extra for electricity, water or Internet. We do ask a warrant of €30 for the key. When your stay is shorter than a month, you pay at arrival, when you’re staying longer; you pay the rest at the beginning of the second month.

As of today, finding a place to live through the 'Search room'-search engine will be more user-friendly and efficient than ever :

Digital photographs of the rooms + houses.
Performed searches will be saved automatically and students will be e-mailed with new offers.
It will be easier to narrow the search for rooms with an internet connection, buildings that are musician-friendly, rooms for non-smokers, for disabled students, etc.
Vacant rooms will be clearly listed (on top) and therefore easier to find(NEW).
